Intek’s 40-foot rollable, convertible NFT channels featured in UofM research

Intek is thrilled to announce our partnership with the University of Minnesota on a groundbreaking hydroponic growing research using Intek's NFT project led by Nathan Eylands, assistant professor.

At Intek, we're passionate about innovation in indoor agriculture, which is why we've provided our cutting-edge 40-foot rollable, convertible NFT channels for this study. Traditionally, the indoor agriculture industry has been limited to channels of 20 feet or less, but our rollable, convertible NFT channels can be cut onsite to any length and are changing the game.

This project is investigating the nutritional differences among plants grown at various distances from the hydroponic fluid source within the 40-foot channel. We're eager to see the results and potentially revolutionize how we approach hydroponic farming.

Stay tuned as we share more insights and updates from this groundbreaking research! Visit our hydroponic page for more information about custom NFT channel extrusions for indoor growing.
